Clothing & Other Product Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with a Mission Cheese item, we’ll gladly take it back in its original condition within 15 days of shipment arrival. Clothing returns must have no visible wear or alteration. If we receive a return and determine (at our sole discretion) that it’s been worn or altered, it will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange. Items that are returned past the 15-day return period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Cheese Shipments
If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of a Mission Cheese Club shipment, please email us within 24 hours of shipment arrival, using the subject line 'Cheese Club Quality Issue' and provide a brief description of your concern. We'll get back to you quickly with a response and instructions. Our cheese is precious to us and don't want any to go to waste!

Refunds
Any authorized returns will be refunded to the credit card you used to make your purchase and should appear in your account’s next billing cycle
